Greetings Campus Customers,

Property Control has some exciting news to share. To do our part in improving the environment, we are in the process of transitioning to a paperless surplus form. This transition will not only conserve our resources but also decrease our carbon footprint.

We are moving away from the current Cognito Form platform to the Dynamic Surplus Property Form. We understand some are opposed to change, but this transition is for the betterment of all. The process is similar, however, there are some improvements with the Dynamic Form. Once our customers start utilizing the new form, we feel you will see how easier filling out the form is.

We intend to begin using the new platform on Monday, May 13, 2024. However, until the transition takes place, we will continue to use the Cognito Form platform till all submitted and approved forms are closed. If you have saved links on your desktop that direct you to the Cognito surplus form, we kindly ask you to stop using them. Instead, go to the Facilities Management card on My Missouri State or the Property Control webpage for the new card beginning Monday, May 13, 2024.
