Due to underground utility work between the Art Annex and the Grand Street Underpass elevator building, the elevator and stairs will be closed for about four weeks. A temporary crosswalk will be installed on Grand Street at the southeast corner of South Carrington Ave. on Jan. 27, 2025. The tunnel will close that evening. Project timeline: Jan. 27, 2025-Feb. 21, 2025.
