The Facilities Management software has been successfully upgraded and links have been updated to direct our campus community to the new Work Request Form.

If you are submitting a work request and your name does not appear in the drop down you can just type in your information.

This new form does not allow for the user to query prior work requests – we are looking at options to provide that ability to our users. If you are someone that regularly used the query function in the past, you can email your name and department to workmanagement@missouristate.edu so that we can create an email list for when we have that option available.
