On August 4, 2026, in support of the McDonald Arena Project, we will be performing work with our Mechanical JOC on the Steam Main. This will affect the following buildings:

• Foster Recreation Center
• King Street Annex
• Forsythe Athletics Center
• Meyer Library
• McDonald Arena

This work will require the main to be placed out of Service. This will impact HVAC (reheat), Domestic Hot Water, Pool Heat, etc. Work will begin at 7:00 am and run continuously until the work is completed.  We are anticipating at least 8 hours. This work has to be completed prior to the start of the Fall Semester and could not be pushed out due to schedules.
