• Your (the student’s) Social Security number

• Current asset information (cash, savings, checking; net worth of businesses and investments) 
• Amount of annual child support received 
• If dependent, parent’s details (DOB, SSN, marital status, etc.) 
• If applicable, spouse or partner’s details (SSN, DOB, email)
