March FY 2020 is now closed for University Chart of Accounts. Bear Finance Reports will update tomorrow with the ‘closed’ indicator. No further entries will post to March.

Payroll recasting for Fiscal Year 2020, March, has posted to Banner production. Bear Finance (Argos) reports are updated so you can see payroll entries. March Month end entries are in the process of posting so you will see additional entries being made in the next week or two before we close the month.

There have been recasting errors on a few positions.  While looking at your budgets, please review the salary Commitments and Available Balances.  This has no effect on the YTD Activity, it is correct.  The encumbrances on a few positions did not post, which would make the Available Balance incorrect.  If you have any questions, please contact your cost center analyst.

Argos can now be accessed from any browser with the Web Viewer. Under Work Resources of http://My.MissouriState.edu , use the Argos link in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox to run Reports directly out of Argos.
