NEW My Missouri State portal – Finance department

Greetings,

With the NEW My Missouri State portal coming on March 15, 2023, we are providing the information below to help you better navigate or find cards that fall under financial departments.

Financial departments have a total of 7 cards, and the number of cards or items listed on each card can change as systems, policies or procedures change. We will do our best to communicate changes as they occur.

Three cards under office of Finance Services: Finance Resources, Finance – Other Resources & Finance Forms One card under Office of Accounts Receivable: University Account – Billing; One card under Bursar’s Office: Bursar’s Office

You can find all of the cards by going to Home =>Discover and searching for the key words on the card.

Banner Finance SSB9 – Work Recourses Tab Change

Greetings, all Banner Finance Users,

Banner Finance Self-Service SSB9 (also called My Finance Dashboard) will be available under the Work Resources tab of MyMissouriState on August 22, 2022 to replace the existing Self-Service Banner 8. Click here to see the change details that will happen on August 22, 2022.

Payment Request Form in Dynamic Forms

Good morning, all Banner Finance Users,

This is a reminder of Payment Request Form change effective October 1, 2021.

We are replacing the paper (PDF) Payment Request Form with an online form under Dynamic Forms. This change will be effective October 1, 2021 and is simply moving the paper form to Dynamic Forms so that it allows financial services office to collect signature/approval electronically, securely and more efficiently. You can access this new form at Payment Request Form.

To allow time for this transition we will keep the old PDF payment request form online (for download/use under e-Form) until October 1st 2021 after that date, the old PDF form will no longer be available or accepted. We encourage all users to begin using the new Payment Request Form as soon as possible. You may email us at BannerFinance@MissouriState.edu for any question or concerns.

FOAPAL – APPROVER REQUEST via Dynamic Forms

Good morning, all Banner Finance Users,

We now have replaced our paper (PDF) FOAPAL Authorization Form with an online form under Dynamic Form. This change is simply moving the paper form to Dynamic Forms so that it allows us to collect signature/approval electronically, securely and more efficiently. If you happen to have a need to request budget (fund-org) approver access for someone in your office, you can access this new form at FOAPAL AUTHORIZATION – APPROVER REQUEST. If there is no change needed to the budget approver access in your office, then you don’t need to do anything.
