High Tunnel Workshop

Norman Kilmer of Morgan County Seed presented information on high tunnel construction.

Over 100 speakers and participants attended our high tunnel workshop. In the morning we heard talks on high tunnel construction and tomato and raspberry production. Weather station upgrade

Ben Webster in the foreground is working on the wind meter while Terry Thompson and Russell Hinnah work on the base of the new station.

The Forest Technology Systems weather station senses and records data for the Fire Program got an upgrade today from Department of Conservation personnel Ben Webster, MDC Fire Program Supervisor; Terry Thompson, MDC Forestry Ozark Regional Supervisor and Russell Hinnah, MDC Forest District Supervisor.
