Evaluating a prospective vineyard site

Tom DeWitt evaluates the soil pit and interprets it for us.

Tom DeWitt helped us evaluate soil pits on August 11 in order to see if a particular site would accommodate a vineyard or if modifications, like berming down the row, were necessary.
