Dr. Karl Wilker and I held our last Wine Appreciation for Consumers class yesterday evening with our food and wine pairing. The students paired 8 wines with foods including maple bacon wrapped kielbasa, sausage and cheese stuffed mushrooms, fruity bruschetta on crostini, buffalo chicken dip, strawberries, cheese, mini cheesecakes, pineapple salsa with tortilla chips and brownie bites.
