We thinned the raspberry canopies in early July. Originally the shoots were thinned to about 4 to 5 per bag, or in the case of the in-ground raspberries, per foot of row. Eddy and Tom are digging potatoes from the high tunnel. Potatoes do well in the tunnel although they are not a commercial feasible crop in high tunnel production due to the fact that there is only one harvest.
