Black Walnut Research Update – Soil Moisture Probes

The soil moisture probes were installed on Friday, April 20th. Four sets of probes were placed with each set having a probe at a depth of 12" and at 30". Hightunnel raspberry update

The bagged raspberries in the research trial have all successfully overwintered.

I added 1 tablespoon of Osmocote 14-14-14 fertilizer to each bagged raspberry in the research trial today. All of the raspberries are alive, although 2 Crimson Giant plants have not yet begun growing. They are later to emerge, so I hope the two that have no emerged shoots will catch up to the others soon.
