Ginger harvested today in high tunnel

Shelia, Payton and Sarah harvest the ginger.

2018 Greenhouse and High Tunnel Workshop held October 17 – 18

The 2018 Greenhouse and High Tunnel Workshop was held on Wednesday and Thursday, October 17 - 18 at the State Fruit Experiment Station in Mountain Grove. Fifty-seven participants attended. Topics ranges from Ginger and Turmeric to Oyster mushroom production. Tomatoes, peppers and eggplant production was also featured.
