Shroom room set up for production today

Bob Semyck of Willow Mountain Mushrooms http://www.willowmountainmushrooms.com/ guided us through the set up of our Shroom Room where we plan to produce Baby Bella cremini (portabella) and Oyster mushrooms. We hope to feature the Shroom Room at events and obtain information on our production to share with specialty crop growers. Bob put the kits in the room today and we plan to stagger production as we add new kits.
