On Wednesday, September 23, Hahn-Bin, a world-renowned, mohawk-rocking violinist, will be at Juanita K. Hammons Hall for the Performing Arts. He will be kicking off this season’s Emerging Concert Artist performances. These concerts are unique from the other performances at Hammons Hall because of their intimate setting. The audience members will actually be sitting on stage with Hahn-Bin and are invited to a reception in the Fuldner Lounge afterward to enjoy cookies, punch and a chance to speak with Hahn-Bin.
Hahn-Bin Fun Fact: In August 2009, Hahn-Bin accidentally left his $500,000 violin in a New York City taxi cab. Check out the story by watching his interview with CBS: www.youtube.com/watch?v=_pz9i7FVIog. Fortunately, he and violin were reunited and are making their way to our stage. There’s still time to get your tickets!
