The Beauty and the Beast cast has arrived in Springfield and are in the process of preparing for today”s 2pm matinee and subsequent performances!

We realize that patrons with tickets for last night’s cancelled performance are having difficulty getting through on the box office phone lines.  If you want a refund for your tickets, you don’t have to contact us, we will generate a refund for you via credit to your account or a check.  If you want to attend one of the three remaining shows, please note two alternatives: send an email to mailto:missouristatetix@missouristate.edu  with your Friday seating location and the performance you want to be moved to…or come to the box office in person, the Hall is open for WinterFest and the box office windows are open for service.

Please note that these procedures apply to patrons with tickets to the cancelled Friday night performance only.  Since the company has arrived and the subsequent shows will go on, the contractual policy of no refunds is in place for the three remaining shows.
