COVID-19 has impacted our lives in numerous ways, Active Minds has three free live webinars this week to help us deal with various issues.
- The first webinar (Tuesday, March 24 at 6pm) is intended for students. The topic is Sleep, Self-Care, and Sharing a Productive, Healthy Indoor Environment.
- The second webinar (Wednesday, March 25 at 6pm) is intended for student mental health advocates. The topic will be a Student Chat: Student-Led Mental Health Advocacy in an Era of Physical Distancing.
- The third webinar (Thursday, March 26 at 6pm) is intended for young adults, parents, remote workers, neighbors/community members. The topic of this webinar will be Communicating in Quarantine: Tips to Encourage Mental Wellness in Close Quarters.
