Starting Monday, March 30, Amherst College Counseling Center, will be offering a free Daily Wellness Zoom. These are free and open to the public and will focus on a short wellness practice each day. Each zoom will be about 20 minutes and will start at 11:30 CST. Here is the line up for this week:

Wednesday, April 1: Variations on Gratitude
Thursday, April 2: Breathing Exercises
Friday, April 3: Humor and Laughter
