Are you feeling stressed during this time? Yoga Zen is a great way to help you de-stress in your own space. “Gentle” is the theme in this Hatha Yoga Class. Stillness, mindfulness of breath, stretching and alignment all support your practice in this beginner level class that has a therapeutic feel. Yoga has shown many benefits for mental and physical health and can be a great way to tune in and to promote self-care in our busy world. The class instructor is Rhonda Lesley, RYT-200, LVCYT.
