
Do you want to have extra energy, sleep better, have less stress, and improve your health? Join the fall student walking challenge!
This challenge will run Monday, November 2 through Sunday, November 29.
The fall walking challenge will be tracked through the ChallengeRunner app, where you can see your standings throughout the entire challenge. You can count any steps from activities where you are on your feet (walking, running, jazzercise, aerobics, etc.).
