Employee Wellness: Motivation and Change for Mental Health and Wellness.

This free session is being offered for those who experience anxiety and/or depression, as well as other mental health problems. In this session, we will discuss why it can be so difficult to experience good mental health and wellness, what initial steps are required (and often overlooked), and how you can make the most of your desire to be well.
Bring any questions you have as we will dedicate time for Q & As.
This session will be in-person and facilitated by Austin Boon, counselor at Magers Family Health and Wellness Center.
