  1. Access the MyMissouristate Portal
  2. Profile tab
  3. Professional Development window
  4. My Learning Connection link
  5. Click Browse Training
  6. Click Human Resources under Subject
  7. Click Benefit Awareness – Employee Assistance Program(EAP)
