Open enrollment runs Nov. 1-Dec. 1. This is the only time during the year that you may change your benefits (unless you have a qualifying event – birth, marriage, etc.). It is critical that you take the time to participate and select your coverage carefully.
With the changes to the health care benefits, we realize you may have pressing questions regarding the best plans for you and your family. To address those questions, human resources will be offering a number of open forums over the next few weeks.

Action is required
Remember, you must login to My Missouri State between Nov. 1 and Dec. 1 to review, elect, decline or modify your benefits for calendar year 2019. Your digital signature or verbal approval is required to activate coverage.
Failure to select a medical plan, confirm your existing benefits or make changes by Dec. 1 will result in a rollover of your previous medical coverage at the base plan, incorrect or no benefits coverage during 2019.
Limited computer access
The open forums in Cheek Hall and on the West Plains campus will also offer online open enrollment assistance.
For those who can’t make it to these sessions and have limited computer access, open-access computer labs are available to the MSU community. These labs may be used for online open enrollment. Find a lab and its availability.
We are here to help. Hope to see you at one of the open forums.
