Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Have you ever had the need for child or adult daycare services, counseling services on things you did not want to discuss with your peers, supervisor, or loved ones at home? Then try the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
The EAP is a free, confidential service to help you and your immediate family members with a wide range of problems. They can help you by providing information, support, and referral services to assist you with any of life’s concerns. The assistance may include telephonic, web-based and/or face to face counseling.
The University provides two such programs, one through CIGNA and the other through Mercy. Services are confidential, free and available 24/7/365.
