PAFs

July 31, 2020 by Lyn McKenzie

To facilitate the accuracy and processing of PAFs whether in office on campus or working from home, email collection of approval signatures for an attached PAF will continue this Fall. Paper PAFs should not be used even though initiators and approvers may be working on campus.
Please use the following format for transmitting PAFs for approval by email:
• Attach only one PAF per email; documentation related to the attached PAF, such as appointment letters, related emails, etc. can be attached to the approval email as well.
• The subject line of the email should always read as ‘PAF lastname, firstname’ with the employee who is the subject of the PAF’s last name and first name inserted on the subject line. For example, ‘PAF Bear, Boomer’
This standardized formatting will allow processing departments to locate individual PAFs in email folders.
Please contact HRRecords@MissouriState.edu if you have any questions.
