The Certified Administrative Professional® (CAP) designation from the International Association of Administrative Professionals is recognized as a standard of proficiency in the administrative professionals field. The University provides assistance toward the attainment of the CAP rating by any full-time regular employee who is in a nonexempt, classified secretarial/clerical/office support position – Job Family 1 in the University’s classification index.   Review Course costs and exam fees are paid for by the University one time per eligible employee.

The CAP Review Course

The CAP Review Course provides an overview of the topics that are tested on the CAP exam.

The six session series will be 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm via Zoom on the following dates:

Registration deadline is January 15.
