Flatten the Stress Curve

January 8, 2021 by Joshua Allen

Request assistance through New Directions Behavioral Health

When life is moving too fast, it can be difficult to slow down and ask for help. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) can connect you to local resources, or even request counseling.

New Directions EAP is offering resources for stress that COVID-19 has brought all of us. You can request counseling, view tip sheets, pre-recorded webinars and access additional resources for employees and managers who work remotely.

To access, click the button below, log into to the employee assistance program using passcode “MSU”.  Navigate from there to COVID-19 resources.

Reminder, this great resource is available to both full and part-time employees.
