The University has listened to you! Staff and Faculty Senate presented your desire for increased dental coverage, and we are pleased to announce that the University sponsored dental plan will have significant benefit enhancements starting January 1, 2022.

Benefit enhancements will include:

• Higher preventative care coverage
• Yearly Benefit plan max increase
• Orthodontia coverage for dependents
• Coverage for dental implants

Details of the plan are still being finalized. Additional communication, including FAQ’s, will be presented in October prior to Open enrollment.

Dental plan changes may only be made yearly during open enrollment (November 1st- December 1st), or within 30 days of a qualifying event.
