Need assistance?
Many people struggle to afford food and household items needed for the immediate future, much less large shopping purchases to prepare for a quarantine or extra lunches when local schools are closed. The University is pleased to have Bear Pantry available to serve members of MSU community, including faculty, staff, and students. Bear Pantry’s vision, to create a campus community in which everyone has access to needed resources.
Bear Pantry is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 10am-3pm and Wednesday from Noon until 5pm. Located in the University Hall basement, employees and students may shop online or in person for food, hygiene and household goods. Shoppers should bring a reusable shopping bag.
Want to help your fellow bears?
Employees who wish to help the MSU community may volunteer time, purchase items from the pantry’s Amazon Wish list, Donate Money, lead a donation drive, or give to Bear Pantry through payroll deductions. You can make a big difference for a struggling individual or family right here within our own University community.
