Tuesday, April 12th at 2:00 pm in the MRC, Project HEAL and Surviving Souls will present “Real Talk About Red Flags” a Tuesday Talk focused on Sexual Assault Awareness Month. Representatives from The Victim Center, Harmony House, and the Greene County Family Justice Center will be present along with our campus victim advocates from MSU and OTC.
As a reminder, crisis support is also offered through our Mercy (EAP), which is free to University employees (both full and part time), 800-413-8008 # 2.
Mental Health counseling is a covered service under both our Base and Buy-up Health plans, visit the Mercy provider directory to find a participating provider or visit Magers Health and wellness center as well, 417-836-4000.
Employees (whether full-time or part-time) who themselves have been the victim of domestic or sexual violence, or who have a family or household member who has been the victim of domestic or sexual violence, are provided with unpaid leave in accordance with the requirements of Mo. Rev. Stat. § 285.630. See policy 7.21 for further information.
