EAP- Financial Assistance

June 7, 2024 by Deidre Mings

Mercy’s online Employee Assistance Website, accessed with the username and password MSU, provides a wealth of financial resources, including articles, checklists, and calculators.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential service, available around the clock, every day of the year, for both full-time and part-time employees and their household members.

Mercy’s EAP partners with a third-party vendor to offer free financial consultations.

To request financial assistance, call Mercy EAP at 800-413-8008, selecting option #2.

Financial Assist offers comprehensive support services. Upon request, employees and their household members can connect with a financial consultant for issue resolution. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST. There are no limits on consultation length or usage.

Common financial issues addressed include budgeting, bankruptcy, home purchasing, life event planning, college funds, credit card debt management, foreclosure prevention, and more.
