Health and wellness screenings are essential for maintaining good health. Early detection through screenings can lead to more successful treatments. Biometric screenings help establish an accurate health baseline and are a covered preventative service under our health plan.

All employees are encouraged to undergo annual biometric screenings, which are covered at 100% when performed by Magers or another in-network provider. Screenings can be done at any time throughout the year.

Employees and covered dependents enrolled in the critical illness insurance are eligible for a $100 wellness reimbursement for activities like biometric screenings, even if the service is free.
