403B participants should contact their individual asset Manager.

MOSERS participants: To update your beneficiary designations, log in to myMOSERS. Complete and submit the Designation/Change of Beneficiaries form.

Universal and MSU Term life policies, Critical illness, and Accident insurance policies can be updated by calling the benefit call center at 877-282-0808 or during open enrollment (Nov 1. – Dec 1.)
