Cash benefits, no pre-existing condition limits, and wellness incentives for preventive care.
New hospital insurance plan provides complements traditional medical insurance by providing additional financial protection for hospitalizations, helping cover out-of-pocket expenses and additional bills. Payments are made directly to the employee. Two plan options to choose from. Both plans options feature no pre-existing condition limitations, require no medical questions for enrollment, and include a childbirth benefit. Additionally, both options offer a Be-Well/Wellness Incentive of $50 per covered person, per calendar year. This incentive supports employees in staying informed about their health and encourages preventive care.

Action must be taken to enroll in or change benefit elections during Open Enrollment (Nov 1- Dec 1). Policy enrollments/changes will be effective January 1, 2025.
