Mastering Conflict for Personal and Professional Success — LEAD Yourself
Date: Friday, November 15, 2024
Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Location: Pummill Hall 203
Facilitator: Dr. Erin Wehrman
Conflict is a part of our everyday lives, within both personal and professional contexts. Yet, when not properly handled, these conflict exchanges can lead to dissatisfaction and tense communication. Understanding our own conflict behaviors can enable us to have more productive and successful interactions. This session will provide a foundation for understanding conflict processes and resolution techniques at home and in the workplace.
Mastering conflict more effectively starts with understanding ourselves and our typical reactions to frustrating situations. By learning how we process and evaluate conflict, we can enhance our conflict resolution skills.
Join us for a three-hour interactive session to unlock the techniques for effective conflict resolution.
