Accident Insurance
Accident insurance is a supplemental policy designed to help cover unexpected costs from accidents. It provides a lump sum payment directly to you for expenses related to a covered accident. See plan brochure for additional details.
How It Works:
- Choose Your Plan: Select a plan and premium that suits your needs.
- File a Claim: If you experience an accident and receive medical care, submit a claim to get cash benefits.
- Use Funds as Needed: The payment can be used for medical bills, travel, or everyday expenses.
Plan Features:
- Guaranteed Coverage: Includes dependents and pays out regardless of other medical or disability coverage.
- Annual Physician Benefit: Provides a yearly benefit for physician visits, even if not accident related.
- Benefits paid regardless of other medical or disability plan coverage.
Benefits:
- Plan 1: Up to $4,000 for dislocations/fractures, $40,000 for accidental death and dismemberment, and $50 for outpatient physician visits.
- Plan 2: Up to $6,000 for dislocations/fractures, $60,000 for accidental death and dismemberment, and $75 for outpatient physician visits.
- Covered spouses get 50% of the amount shown in the injury benefit schedule and children receive 25%

- Open Enrollment (Nov. 1 – Dec.1) Changes take effect January 1, 2025.
