Howell-Oregon Electric Cooperative Rebates

• Advanced Thermostat: 50% of cost, up to $50.
• Mini-Split, Dual Fuel, or Air Source Heat Pump: $150 per ton.
• Ground Source Heat Pump: $350/ton (new) or $150/ton (replacement).
• Water Heater: $100 for eligible units.
• Heat Pump Water Heater: 50% of cost, up to $500.
• Basement/Crawl Space Insulation: 50% of cost, up to $500 (with Ground Source Heat Pump).
• Home Energy Audit & Weatherization: 50% of improvement costs, up to $750.
