MoDeferred Comp representative will be on the Springfield campus February 4, providing employees with a unique opportunity to set up personalized appointments. In these sessions, employees can meet with a retirement education professional to establish savings goals, review accounts, and explore retirement options through MSU’s 457(b) plan.
In-Person Appointments Available: Take advantage of a free 30-minute meeting with a deferred compensation education professional. In your session, you can:
- Set savings goals and review your retirement account
- Enroll in the 457(b) plan or learn about investment options
- Discuss your individual retirement strategy and ask questions
Mo Deferred comp is Missouri State University’s designated 457(b) provider.

The 457(b) plan is a supplemental retirement option available to employees alongside their CURP or MOSERS retirement plans. MSU also offers additional savings through 403(b) plan.
