TIAA is offering a scholarship to support first-generation undergraduate students who plan to continue their education. This opportunity is administered by Scholarship America, a leader in scholarship management.

🔹 Eligibility:

✔ First-generation college students (neither parent/guardian has earned a 4-year degree)
✔ Current undergraduate students
✔ Enrolled full-time for the upcoming academic year

🔹 Awards:

💰 Up to 15 scholarships ranging from $5,000 to $10,000
🎓 Funds can be used for any education-related expenses
🔄 Not renewable, but students may reapply each year

🔹 Selection Criteria:

🏅 Leadership and community involvement
💼 Work experience
📖 Educational and career goals statement
🏡 Unique personal or family circumstances
Financial need is NOT considered.
