Mercy is once again offering a tax season discount to MSU employees on outstanding medical balances. This program is effective February 10, 2025 – April 30, 2025.

Discount Options:

• 15% discount on aged balances when paid in full
• 20% discount on aged balances when paid in full, if a card or ACH is tokenized for future use

Eligibility:

• Balances must be at least 45 days old
• Total outstanding balance must be at least $250

MSU/Med-Pay patients can contact Mercy Customer Service at 855-420-7900 to take advantage of this opportunity. Mercy is committed to helping you find a resolution for aged outstanding balances.
