MOSERS Appointments

If you have questions about your MOSERS retirement, you can easily schedule a virtual appointment with a MOSERS counselor. Simply let them know when scheduling, and they’ll set up a convenient, one-on-one session via Microsoft Teams.

If you prefer an in-person meeting, MOSERS also offers appointments at their office (907 Wildwood Dr, Jefferson City, MO 65109), not on campus. In-person appointments provide the benefit of shorter wait times compared to walk-ins.

MOSERS counselors are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The MOSERS office is open during the noon hour for drop-offs, with a 24/7 drop box also available.

Retirement Planning Assistance from HR

The Office of Human Resources is here to help as you prepare for retirement. Employees are encouraged to contact HR 90 days before their anticipated retirement to schedule a meeting. During the appointment, HR will explain the retirement process and review your health plan and voluntary benefit options. Please note, HR employees are not financial advisors and cannot provide financial recommendations. Specific questions about your MOSERS benefit amount should be directed to a MOSERS benefit counselor.
