Anxiety Diagnosis and Treatment
If you’re experiencing anxiety symptoms, talk to your healthcare provider. Diagnosis often begins with a physical exam and medical history review, possibly including tests to rule out other conditions. Treatment for anxiety may involve counseling, medication, or a combination, with Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) offering helpful skills for managing anxiety. Complementary therapies like meditation can also provide relief.
