Christina Bowles, academic advisor in the Academic Advising and Transfer Center at Missouri State University, was selected to serve as the president-elect for the Missouri Academic Advising Association (MACADA) for 2020-21. She will assume the role of president for the 2021-22 term.
Bowles has assumed many leadership positions with the organization in the last several years, including:

- Historian, 2016
- NACADA Liaison, 2016-2017
