PSU Commerce Bank to close May 20

We are pursuing a replacement banking option for the PSU location.

February 17, 2022 by Strategic Communication

After the spring semester concludes, the Commerce Bank and the four ATM across campus will close. This will take effect 3 p.m. May 20.

Your accounts will not be affected by this change, and there are four other local Commerce Bank branch locations in Springfield where you can conduct your banking business:

  • Battlefield – 1345 E. Battlefield
  • Sunshine – 3301 E. Sunshine
  • Kansas Expressway – 2616 N. Kansas Expressway
  • West Republic Road – 2770 W. Republic Road

The university is currently pursuing other banking options to replace Commerce Bank. We hope to have this need filled soon.

  • Commerce Bank Mobile Banking App – a free and convenient way to bank from your smartphone or tablet.
