Missouri State University has now partnered with Togetherall and WellTrack to support student wellbeing.
These services provide students with resources to improve their mental health from the comfort of their own home.
Students can use their Missouri State email address to register. Each program is available via the app store or their website.
Both services are free for students.
Togetherall
Togetherall is a safe online community where students share anonymously without judgment.
Students can work through difficult feelings, find others who relate to their problems and get support for their mental health.
The community is monitored by licensed and registered mental health practitioners.
WellTrack
WellTrack is a suite of online tools and courses to help students understand their mental health concerns.
The service uses aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help students identify and address issues they have.
Students can learn how to improve and maintain their health through a five-step program provided through WellTrack.
