Departments at Missouri State University hiring new international employees should direct them to the international payroll office to complete new hire paperwork and tax documents, such as I-9, W–4 and MO W-4.  

The office is in Jim D. Morris Center, Suite 507.  

New international employees must complete the Request for Access to the Online Foreign National Information Form and email the completed form to internationalpayroll@missouristate.edu before coming to the international payroll office.
