You’re invited to join Boomer Bear at noon Oct. 9 on the steps of Carrington Hall for the final prize drawing of the 2024 United Way campaign.

Prizes include:

• An MSU custom cutting board, two tickets to a Bears basketball game, MSU Bear head T-shirt and MSU vacuum tumbler donated by the College of Business, MSU Athletics and MSU Bookstore.
• An MSU custom cutting board, MSU stocking cap, MSU clear Camelbak tumbler and Graduate College long-sleeved T-shirt donated by the College of Business, MSU Bookstore and Graduate College.
• An MSU port wine, MSU Bear head baseball cap, MSU custom cutting board and two tickets to a Lady Bears basketball game donated by the Darr College of Agriculture, Athletics and College of Business.

Last week’s winners

The Missouri State United Way of the Ozarks campaign closed last week.

Last week’s prizes were drawn by Campbell Keele, chair of the Missouri State Staff Senate. Donors included Athletics, MSU Bookstore, KSMU, College of Business, Darr College of Agriculture and the Graduate College.

Winners included:

• Suzanne Moskalski, payroll, who received an MSU lawn blanket, a package of gummy bear candy, MSU plastic drink cup and two KSMU pint glasses.
• Scott Carter, development office, who received an MSU custom pizza board and Graduate College backpack.
• John Catau, retiree, who received a stuffed Boomer Bear, MSU elderberry preserves, MSU apple butter and Graduate College coffee cup.
