Missouri Lawyers Media has awarded Rachael Dockery, general counsel and vice president of legal affairs and compliance at Missouri State University, with one of its 2026 Women’s Justice Award (corporate category).

The Women’s Justice Awards honor women across Missouri who have demonstrated leadership, integrity, service, sacrifice and accomplishment in improving the quality of justice and exemplifying the highest ideals of the legal profession. The awards recognize women from across the legal community, including the bar, bench, public office, business, academia, nonprofits and the state at large.

The corporate category celebrates women who serve as general or in-house counsel, advising businesses on complex legal matters.

“It’s always nice to be honored, but the credit belongs to the entire legal affairs and compliance team. I’m fortunate to lead people who are as kind as they are talented. They make anyone look good,” Dockery said.

The awards ceremony will take place April 16 at Ameristar Casino & Resort in St. Charles, Missouri.
