In a busy month for the International Leadership and Training Center, 22 professors from Hainan University arrived in Springfield September 16. They are here for a 3-month Customized Training Program in the topic of Teaching Methods/Instructional Techniques and English. During the 3 months, all the participants will have ongoing English language training and a customized graduate certificate course provided by College of Education. They will also have the opportunities to observe classes, interact with peers in various colleges, and gain practical experience through business and technical visits.
