New international students are required to schedule an appointment at our on-campus health center, Taylor Health and Wellness, for a TB test. Follow the steps below to schedule your appointment online.

1 Log on to myhealth.missouristate.edu (you must create your BearPass computer login prior to this step)

2. Enter your BearPass user ID and password 

3. Enter your date of birth

4. Choose “Appointments” 

5. Choose “Schedule an appointment” 

6. Choose “TB Test Appointment”

7. Choose “TB Test, New International Student” (English Language Institute students, choose “TB Test, New ELI Student Requirement / EMBA students, choose TB Test, New EMBA Student) 

8. Choose “International Student Requirement” (English Language Institute students, choose English Language Institute Requirement / EMBA students, choose Executive MBA Requirement)

9. Choose an appointment time

10. Choose “Schedule” and proceed to Clinical Questionnaire 

11. Complete the Clinical Questionnaire

12. Enter your country of origin and any health information we should know about, then answer the yes or no questions 

13. Choose “Submit Final”

14. Choose “Logout” to protect your information
